Payment must be received in full to guarantee your RV site. There is a $10 cancelation fee per site if canceled more than 14 days before the reservation. If canceled less than 14 days of the reservation, the cancelation fee will be equal to one day site rental per site. No show and no notification will forfeit the entire deposit.
All guests must check in at the front desk in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
Your RV site will be assigned upon your reservation request and payment (subject to change if deemed necessary). If you would like to be next to someone, please designate it on your reservation form.
NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON THE STREET. All sites accommodate three vehicle parking spaces. Do not park in any empty site or on common areas.
Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at all times. ATV's must be stored on trailer on Resort roads or grounds. Anyone operating a motorized vehicle on the Resort property must have a valid Driver's License.
Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. Rowdiness loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
All pets must be contained or restrained on a leash of no more than six feet at all times. Droppings and any waste material from pets must be picked up immediately and removed to trash containers located throughout the Resort.
Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. Please keep outside storage of items to a minimum.
NO ground fires are allowed. Grills cannot be used for open fires. Fires must be contained in an above ground outdoor enclosed fire pit.
Waste/sewage, water or effluent from sinks or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited in the holding tank located on your RV site. Nothing can be deposited directly on any pavement, dirt or vegetation.
Sites are designed for approved recreational vehicles only. No tent camping on the grounds will be allowed.
Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the pool area. Staff is not responsible for being held accountable for your children.
All signs, posted notices and directions of the RV Resort Management must be obeyed. Non compliance may result in immediate loss of parking privileges.
Respect the property of all neighbors of the Resort property. Do not trespass on their land.
All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed at all times.
Fiddlestix RV & Golf Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV Resort Policies of good camping, for destroying, or defacing property and/or creating a disturbance.
Fiddlestix RV & Golf Resort is not responsible for fire, theft, injury or loss of personal property. Guests and all other user of the property are liable for all property damages.
