Golf Cart Rental Agreement

I agree to maintain the cart in the same condition that I received it. If the cart develops problems through no fault of my own, I will contact the front office for instructions.*

I agree that only LICENSED DRIVERS from my household will operate the cart. I understand that allowing UNDERAGED PERSONS, UNLICENSED DRIVERS, OR DRIVERS NOT OF MY HOUSEHOLD TO OPERATE THE CART WILL RESULT IN THE CART BEING CONFISCATED BY FIDDLESTIX WITH NO REFUND.*

I agree to abide by the 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN THE PARK, drive the cart only on roads and cart paths, NO OFF ROADING, within the park and to drive responsibly. SPEEDING OR RECKLESS DRIVING WILL RESULT IN THE CART BEING CONFISCATED BY FIDDLESTIX WITH NO REFUND.*

I understand that I am financially responsible for any damage that occurs to the cart while under lease.*

I will not operate the cart after 10:00 p.m. I guarantee the cart will be parked on my site and never driven after dark.*

Only 2 persons to a cart unless cart is a 4-seater. No extra riders.*

When I return the cart, I will return the key and inform Fiddlestix if there are any issues I noted with the cart so that it can be addressed before renting again.*
